What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
I kindly ask that you complete my digital consultation before your first visit. This way I am able to get to know you a bit before I meet you. This allows me the opportunity to begin a plan for your hair, gather any questions I may have, and make the appropriate recommendations to fit your lifestyle and budget. Please arrive wearing comfy cloths. Please do not wear any shirts with collars. Wear only clothing you don't mind getting hairy, dirty, or wet please.
The Consultation
During your consultation, I strive to make you as comfortable as possible. I understand it is nerve racking to see a new stylist, and I want you to feel confident in me and my abilities before we begin any services. I will be asking many questions about your home care, styling abilities, lifestyle, and your hair goals. Once we have gone over the service process, agreed on a maintenance schedule, and products prescriptions, I will also break down the cost of your service before we begin. The price you are quoted at the beginning of your visit will be the same as the price you pay at the conclusion of your visit--no surprise bill at the end :)
After Goodbye
We will be discussing a lot during your visit, and it can be very overwhelming. The morning after your visit, I will be sending you a follow-up email summarizing our conversation during your hair appointment. If you did not schedule your next visit, I will send you a reminder email in about 6 weeks to let you know you will be due for some "hairapy" in the next month or so and it's time to start thinking about scheduling your appointment. Confirmation texts and emails will be sent once you have booked your appointment, as well as reminders.
