What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Before your first visit, I kindly ask that you complete my digital consultation form. This helps me to get to know you and your goals ahead of time, so I can start crafting a personalized plan, gather any important details, and make recommendations that fit your lifestyle. On the day of your appointment, please try to avoid collared shirts. Your comfort and experience matter to me, and this helps us both get off to the best possible start!
The Consultation
During your consultation, my goal is to help you feel completely at ease. I understand that seeing a new stylist can be a little nerve-wracking, so I take the time to ensure you feel confident in me and the plan we create together. Once we've discussed the service details, agreed on a maintenance schedule, and chosen the right product recommendations, I'll provide a clear breakdown of the cost before we begin.
After Goodbye
We'll be covering a lot during your visit, and I know it can feel a bit overwhelming. That's why, shortly after your appointment, I'll send you a follow-up email summarizing everything we discussed. If you didn't pre-book your next visit, I'll also send a friendly reminder about six weeks later to let you know you'll be due for a refresh soon and to start thinking about scheduling. You'll also receive confirmation and reminder texts and emails once your next appointment is booked, so staying on track is easy and stress-free.
