Terms of Service
Here are some of those annoying (but necessary) terms and conditions...

There is never a guarantee that you will be able to achieve your hair goal in one session. My main priority is the integrity of your hair and trying to deliver unrealistic expectations may compromise the condition of your hair. Often times, multiple sessions are necessary.

Cancellations may be necessary. I ask that 48 hours notice be given should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or failing to arrive on time at a scheduled appointment, will result in a cancellation fee of $35/hour booked.

Little ones in the salon can interfere with our time together, hindering us from being able to achieve your hair goals. Arranging child care prior to your appointment will help you relax during your visit and help ensure the best possible results. Children are not permitted in the salon.

I strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction. If for any reason you are experiencing challenges with your haircut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your initial visit and I will be happy to correct the issue within 14 days at no additional charge.
